Taylor Imus, a longtime server who became co-owner, helped rebrand Parkview Perk in Richland by refreshing its decor and menu with scratch-made items—she worked with chef Jacob DeVous while keeping the regular staff and community feel intact.
The diner now serves breakfast and lunch daily from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features a popular Tuesday special of two eggs, toast and coffee for $3.99.
