- ➤ The city of Portage announced that starting Monday Woodbine Avenue east of Portage Road will be closed for the installation of water and sanitary sewer services at the Stanwood Crossings Development—detours use Woodlawn Drive to Stanley Avenue and provide Austin Lake boat access.
