- ➤ Over the weekend, a failed seafood freezer at Maui Poke released a foul odor that forced neighboring businesses to close and lose revenue—business owners reported feeling nauseous and blamed the restaurant for negligence. After removing the spoiled seafood on Saturday and addressing the smell by Tuesday, health officials confirmed the issue was resolved, while owners continue to call for accountability. MLive
- ➤ Family-owned Tiara Yachts of Holland will debut its new 39 LS in August, priced around $1.36 million; the nearly 40-foot yacht features twin Mercury 600 V12 Verado engines (producing up to 1,200 horsepower) along with updated cockpit controls and flexible seating for social gatherings. MLive
- ➤ Starting June 30, Costco will let executive members shop one hour earlier from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sunday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday—executive members will also get a monthly $10 credit for qualifying orders through same-day delivery or Instacart.
