- ➤ On May 12, a 2006 GMC pickup truck crossed the median and crashed into the Wendy’s drive-thru at 4301 W. Centre Ave in Portage before fleeing into a nearby swamp—police later arrested the driver, who refused medical treatment and was found to show evidence of impairment pending test results. MLive
