About this event

Join us for an evening of restorative, yin inspired, yoga led by Monica. Together, using gentle seated yoga postures we will open the body, the heart and the mind; ending with a deeply restful Sound & Reiki savasana.

All levels welcome .

Nothing required to bring except water as we will have everything you will need.

Registration required as space is limited. No refunds for this event.
